I provide a personal coaching experience for women who wan to stop starting over, drop the weight without obsessing and feel confident in their body again- for good
This is a program that doesn’t require you to be perfect everyday but a program that helps you to build consistency and hence a lifestyle that suits you and helps you become a successful dieter whilst still living your life.
1:1 Coaching
1:1 coaching offers so much more than just reaching a weight loss goal. Its about transforming the way you think, feel and show up for yourself. Together, we’ll work on building your confidence and shifting any negative beliefs around weight loss into a more empowering, positive mindset. This is a completely bespoke coaching experience, tailored to you as an individual. With my full support and your commitment to the process, real and lasting results are absolutely possible.
1:1 coaching is delivered through text/voice messages 6 days per week (Mon-Sat), giving you consistent, personalized support right at your fingertips. You’ll receive guidance tailored to your calorie needs throughout each 4 week cycle, ensuring your plan evolves with your progress. Together, we will build daily routines that fit seamlessly into your lifestyle – routines you can stick to, creating the consistency needed for long term success. This is about real support, real change and sustainable results.
Group Coaching
Group coaching is more than just quick check ins- it’s a supportive community designed to keep you motivated and moving forward. You can get involved as little or as much as you like, knowing that you are surrounded by like-minded individuals all working toward their weight loss goals too.
I will be on hand to support with any coaching realted questions or challenges that arise, and we also connect live 1/2 a week for powerful group chats that provide guidance, inspiration and accountability. This is your space to grow, stay on track and thrive with the encouragement of a community that’s in it with you.
Accountability is not......
- Another rigid diet plan that you are unable to adhere to.
- YOU decide what foods you eat as long as they fit within your calorie needs.
- A workout plan. YOU decide which workouts you want to do. For a minimum of 30 minutes if exercise per day for 6 days of the week, you can partake in any exercise that you enjoy.
